Standard shipping within the 48 continental United States
UPS is our primary shipping method, and the one that will allow us to process your order most promptly. Shipping & handling charges include appropriate insurance to cover your purchase.
Express Shipping (1-3 day delivery) within the 48 continental United States
Express shipments are available through UPS, USPS and Federal Express.
The use of this option must be requested and higher charges for these shipments will be accessed. In some cases, billing for express shipments will be separate from the merchandise sent.

Most often, we can assist you with operational problems, avoiding the need for a return. We will also be happy to assist you with any warranty matters should they arise. Explain the reason you are requesting a return, and we will promptly reply.
